Returns

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to return it. To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • It must be in its original packaging.
  • You'll need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Defective items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of your purchase price, including shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we'll inspect it and notify you of its arrival. We'll then immediately inform you about the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we'll initiate a refund to your original method of payment (credit card, etc.). You can expect to receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
